Your safety is important to us. Please read the following guidance before burning your pillar candle:

- Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant, level surface - use a candle plate to catch all mess from a 3D candle.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Keep away from curtains, furniture, decorations and anything flammable.
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
- Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes too large, flickers excessively or smokes.
- Keep candles at least 10cm apart when burning multiple candles.
- Do not move a burning candle or touch the wax while it is hot.
- Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom.
- Never burn a pillar candle directly on furniture or unprotected surfaces.
- Avoid burning in draughty areas, as this can cause uneven burning and dripping.
- Never use water to extinguish a candle. Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame.
